Why a website instead of a program

Finding the video afterwards

No. On a PC, use this website. The PocketTok app is for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Where are downloaded TikTok videos on my PC?

In your Downloads folder (File Explorer › Downloads). In Chrome or Edge, press Ctrl+J to see your recent downloads.

Why does my browser ask to allow multiple downloads?

Download all saves every photo of a slideshow as its own file. Chrome and Edge ask once whether the site may download several files; allow it and the photos arrive one after another.

Does it remove the watermark?

Normally yes: PocketTok downloads the file TikTok plays inside its own app, which has no watermark. For the rare post where TikTok only offers the watermarked file, that is the one you get.
